The lake was frozen just enough to walk on, if you stayed away from the edges and people were skating in the background. This beautiful couple chose the most magical place in Banff to have their wedding. On a dock, over a frozen lake, under a stunning blue sky, you wouldn’t know just how cold it was. But it was magnificent cold and their wedding was perfect. There were even amazing frozen methane bubbles in the ice and so I couldn’t resist to get a photograph of the wedding rings seemingly floating above the methane bubbles. The couple, who stayed at Solara Resort in Canmore, was happily married by Rev. Klaus Ohloff on November 30, 2019.
